Hello and a warm welcome to You Are The Light, my name is Melanie and I am a Level 3 EFT Practitioner. Level 3 means I have been trained in trauma techniques to ensure you are always in safe hands.
Everyone is very different with how they like to work through things and as such each session is bespoke to you.
I work at a pace suitable for yourself, what ever it is you need to work through.
