Just attended a weekend seminar in Wimbledon and although my head is somewhat full! what a buzz. I have been learning the first 64 (not all of them of course) movements of the Wild Goose (Dayan) QiGong form.
We also went out to a Chinese restaurant for dinner on Saturday night and our Si-Gong (grand teacher) ordered everything in chinese, so we ate authentic food, some of which I did not recognise.
Excellent weekend and we still have spaces for new students on Thursday evenings in Bromley (contact if interested)
Come on some of you must live in south London and be curious as what QiGong is all about:D:D
I have heard alot of good things about the Wild Goose Qigong.
And rightly so Jbarry. I think I may have found what I have been looking for for the last XX years. This is not a knee jerk reaction as I have been doing this for about 8 months. My only problem at the moment is not enough students for our Sifu to keep the class open (at least where it is). The alternative at the moment is a central London class, which is doable but not preferable.
I am even considering stopping going to my Yang Tai chi classes which I have been doing for 6 years now, it was never about martial arts for me anyway. Wild Goose seems to be offering me so much more.
