The 2nd secret is even greater than the 1st because it is the key core concept that Tai Chi is all about. What we learn about is in the importance of cultivating softness in ourselves, the concept of water(Tao Teh Ching). Our world causes us alot of challenges that over time and without a way out will make you stiffer as you age(Longevity), even when you are young.
This creates stuck chi(tension) in parts of the body that can be locked in forever, Tai Chi helps you find out where you are stuck in the body and help you soften, by soften I do not mean like jello, but as once described to me as loosening the belt.
