Hi all,

Master He Jinghan demonstrating his 108 Yang style Taijiquan big frame-1st section

Also He Jinghan will visit the UK again in September.

He will teach the first thid of the Yang TaijiQuan form. Covering the basics of TaijiQuan.

In my opinion, Master He covers a great depth when teaching, often giving students a fresh perspective on their practice. He puts great emphasis on the understanding of the basics. I think that this seminar is a great opportunity for all TaijiQuan practitioners - especially Yang style.
