Hello

I'm looking for Tai Chi (or Qi Gong preferably but it seems more difficult to find) classes in London. I've found plenty but I really don't what to choose.

Would anyone recommend a particular class/instructor?
Thanks

PS: I'm in North East London (I don't mind traveling but if it's in Streatham for instance it won't be possible!)

I will ask my tai chi teacher on Friday if he runs classes in your area, or knows anyone who does

Thanks to both.

I have trouble accepting I no longer live in North East London. I'm actually based in North West, near Kilburn.

It's good to have a sense of humour in tai chi. Helps to support and develop the inner child within 🙂
