The most commercialy available is probably Mantak Chia, I believe some of the best are not well known and are probably in China or Taiwan and would take some research. There are many kinds and some people are specialists such as standing Chi kung.

Hi Bronco

The lineages of Chi Gung have certainly been kept well hidden, to secure the knowledge and not have it appropriated or diluted.

Translating the whole feeling of energy arts to make sense to us in the West is not simply a question of language. My teacher, Bruce Frantzis is a Taoist Lineage master in the Water Tradition of Lao Tzu, he sucesfully immersed himself in many varied forms of martial and meditative arts, living in China, Japan and India.

I'd recommend this approach to actually feel, not simply viualize Chi. Compared to Mantak Chia, I believe this way to be more powerful and safer, less force and mental effort which an activate and reinforce blockages in the body and mind.

hope this helps, bip bip
