Circle Walking Benefit, Bagwa

Walking has always been a great and easy exercise, some say the best exercise along with swimming. Walking in a circle has the added benefit of twisting the torso and massaging the spinal muscles, when you change direction the toe in and toeing out of the feet exercise the adductor and abductor muscles of the hip and leg. This and other benefits may well be the reason circle walking is called the best most convenient exercise.

I once did bagwa walking and have to say it was absolutely wonderful. On the surface it appears so simple compared to doing a whole form of tai chi, but in reality
the complexity of it is amazing. I would love the opportunity to do it again.
