4 of the books are on amazon.co.uk - check the title of the facilitated stretching.... as nothing is coming up for that.

Trail Guide to the Body by Andrew Biel is the one we used for L4. It's amazing, but costs about £85 if you buy the workbook too. Well worth the expense though.
Hands on Sports Therapy is pretty good, he was my old tutor and the book well explained.
The Anatomy of Sports Injuries by Bread Walker is good, I use that as a reference too.
I don't know all the books you have listed.. but..
The Muscle Book by Paul Blakey is brilliant, low cost and has it all in shorthand.
Pocket Atlas of the Moving Body by Mel cash is good. Mel Cash has some other good books.
I'd say just get a couple and see what you think of them.
Ebay and Blackwell are good for second hand books, some have changed considerably, but others haven't..
Best thing of all is an app available on Android and Apple devices. by RealBodyworks. There is one called muscles and bones and another trigger points, then a general anatomy one. You can buy them separately or as a bundle. I've put mine on two tablets and my phone so I can use it wherever I am. You can show your clients what muscles are affected, their actions, identify trigger points to work on and it's amazing for troubleshooting. I think it was about £10 all in and the thing I've used the most.. cause you can do quizzes and set up favourites using the bits you need to hit the criteria for your course.
Good luck!!
