Is anyone using low level laser therapy (LLLT) in their practice currently? If so what is your experience? How does LLLT compare to ultrasound for use in treating soft tissue injuries? I have heard good things but I am keen to learn more. Many thanks.

I used it for several years on patients with lymphoedema, and was beneficial on small areas of fibrosis. I sold my unit in 2011. I found it very labour intensive. I now use a Hivamat 200 Deep Oscillation Device as it is a superior product and has a far broader range of applications. Just my personal opinion.

Yeah im using it, its good, i'd say its got about a 70% 'success' rate in my experience and people can feel instant benefits. I prefer it to ultrasound.
Its not a miracle cure but with correct marketing and application, its very good.
Thanks John. Very interesting.
