Hello to all
i was just wondering ,
as i have been a little hetic with mt uni work at the mo ,
( the msc is sending me a little stressed)
does anyone recomend any particular ways of meditation and relaxation?
i know quite a few , but i would like to expolre other ways too

any ideas ?

How about Huna active meditiation called hakalau here's a link:

It's good for destressing and you can stay in hakalau as long as you like because it is a waking meditation..

Take your pick....

Guided Meditaiton (CD or workshops/group meets)
Visual focused meditaiton (e.g. looking at candle flame)
Thought focused meditation (e.g. focus on thought or intention)
Mantra meditation (e.g. chant sound over and over to maintain focus)
Transcendental meditation (requires training and generally costa lotta dosha)
Dynamic Deep Meditation (similar to Transcendental but not costa lotta dosha to learn)
Buddhist breathing meditation (focus on the breath)

to name but a few...
