Hello All,
I have been in a great deal of pain with my shoulder/arm/elbow over the last four weeks and i have tried many alternative therapies to put things right....however this pain looks like its here to stay!

Louise hay relates to pain as Guilt, guilt always seeks punishment.
Right side of the body = Giving out, letting go, masculine energy, men, the father.
Arms = represents the capacity and the ability to hold the experiences of life......
Joints = represents changes in direction in life and ease of these movements.

So im thinking maybe im looking for help from the outside but need to heal myself from within?

Well, the shoulder joint is notoriously difficult to put right once there is a problem, so perhaps you'd better get it checked out and maybe some physiotherapy before you start thinking there's something wrong with your mind!

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your reply. I am waiting for physio..... my doctor requested this last friday, but it is the N.H.S so it could take a while. Its not a case of something wrong with my mind, but more of changing old patterns that no longer work or are required.
Ive been told by a spirutual healer that i need to change things before i can move foward.

Hi Hallos,

You missed off the shoulder in your first post. Chrisrams only mentioned the shoulder. Do you feel like you are carrying a burden in your life at the moment or are you taking on some-one else's problems?

Let it/them go.
Cheers

Hi Hallos

One of the things Reiki did for me was to bring forward the physiotherapy appointment and also the occupational health appointment so I could get sorted out. Since then I always tell people I am attuning to Reiki that Reiki will heal situations, not only physical problems. Do you have Reiki or any other energy therapy?

Don't underestimate the need to receive healing as well as give it. Maybe you need to set up a therapy swop?

Hi Chris,
The trouble is ive had loads of healing over the past six months and never really had time to heal...if you know what i mean.....always looking after someone else and not looking after myself. Being a single parent with three children and no family support is really hard....i have always managed to pull through but for some reason my body seems to be telling me enough is enough.
I never ask for help, but i think this might have to change as its five weeks now and still my arm is no better and living.
My freind is reiki 1,2,3 attuned...and i have reiki one, but ive never really been shown what to do...it was just a quick bolt of light put through in a class session.

Hallos,
Get your friend to show you how to do a self-healing and then do it every night. Trust the Universe and see what happens!

Also get your friend to seal or show you how to seal the energy field around the shoulder joint. These are notorious points for energy to leak from and with an injury this is often the case. If the energy field over and around the joint is not sealed no matter how much energy is put in it won't hold. This means that you can work away on yourself and feel it is doing absolutley nothing.
