I had a shiatsu treatment recently and experienced pins and needles in my arms when they where lifted over my head and the shoulder was being rotated. I forgot to ask what this meant- any suggestions?

It could just be your body responding to the treatment, but some people may need to be more gentle with that move. I sometimes thumb the HG meridian doing that.
