Just started my own business and would like to give clients a small leaflet explaining reiki. How can I write about reiki in a way someone with no knowledge can understand.what would you say in your leaflet? thanks
RE: reiki leaflet (advice)
Hi Roza,
As a starting point, why not look back at how you were introduced to Reiki, what attracted you to it, how was it explained ... there will be both intellectual & emotional triggers in whatever description was used that you will be relating to and you should examine those first. That way you can then explain in your leaflet, from experience, how you personally describe Reiki rather than relying on someone else's interpretations.

RE: reiki leaflet (advice)
Hi
Yes I agree with derekw on this one he has made good points.
The only extra I would add is that you dont make it to long,I have always found that consise bullet points are a good way.
RE: reiki leaflet (advice)
Bullet points are always good... my leaflets include What Is Reiki... What Does It Do... How Do I Receive A Treatment... About the Practitioner... Fees and details.
A few concise lines are all that's needed and as Derek says, work from what you would want to know if you were new and unsure. Think about the kind of questions people usually ask when you speak about Reiki.
Layout was always a bug-bear for me... so I picked up other peoples' leaflets whenever possible and got some tips that way. 😉

RE: reiki leaflet (advice)
I think Moonfeathers headings cover it. I also had a spare space on the back so filled that with a form they could tear off and post to me if they wanted more info etc.

RE: reiki leaflet (advice)
Hi Roza!
I have a info leaflet that I use for when I work as a therapist on an Army camp with the soldiers' wives - quite happy to forward it to you if you think it will help?
