Hi all..
When I have had reflexology in the past, and do a bit on myself, my small intestine area is always really painful and solid, yet I have no symptoms in the digestive area of my body. How can I balance an unknown problem (can't afford treatment at the moment), but would regular reflexology help sort it out? Would pressure pointing help along that meridian meanwhile? 🙂
