Fist trimester is a total contraindication
Afterwards it is just a warning for you that it is better to take a permission from midwife or her dr. This is a very good practise because you do not want to make harm to your client and have any responsibility.
Very often reflexology treatments can have healing effects and you do not know her reaction - maybe she will be so panicking and stressed so then she may have problems. You don’t want it and she too.
If you have a permission from her midwife or dr then it is safe for her and you (you cannot know her full history in details and she will not tell you too).
Reflexology or foot massage in pregnancy has contraindicated reflex zones , so, if you treat her, just refresh your theory knowledge quickly to be sure that you give maximum benefits for her
