I'm a new member , studying reflexology at Morley College in Lambeth and was wondering if anyone has any suggestiosn on getting some case studies especially people who suffer from depression and anxiety.
Also any recommendations on where to get a good pedastal for treatments as a mobile therapists[&:]

Hey! Congrats on making the move to study Reflexology, you won't regret it!
I invested in a light weight massage couch ( 14kg ) and tend to use whatever chairs are avilable in the the house, this reduces luggae ( as you will have a suitcase with all ur pillows etc too ) I have always found this comfortable. You need to assess your sitting posture and ensure this is strong, if not, maybe invest in some pilates to strengthen your core muscles.
