Hi,
I have had a really great experience with Osteopathy...I have been for only 3 treatments and the first one she said she thought it would take a lot of work to get me properly grounded into my pelvis and everything flowing properly as it should be. However after only 3 treatments she said she is amazed how quickly it has shifted and that what we set out to do is now done which I am so pleased about I can feel such a difference...I now feel connected with my legs and lower body!!
I just wanted to ask this though I am now having some twinges at my sacrum is this normal? (not really pain but just an odd feeling)I dont know much about Osteopathy and just wondered if this is everything still aligning or just me getting used to being connected properly?
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
