Hi there
My osteopath has suggested getting a Saddle Stool for good back health. He believes that my prolapsed disk was caused by poor sitting posture (I work F/T at a desk, and I am studying 20-25hours a week at home). That's a lot of sitting. I've already bought a kneeling stool. I plan to alternate between the kneeling stool and the saddle stool, so that I am not sitting in the one position too long.
I'd never heard of saddle stools before- so when I got home I looked them up on the Internet. There appear to be two basic designs (I'm not interested in the ones costing hundreds of pounds) and [color="#336600"]I was wondering if someone with experience of saddle stools could comment on which might be the most comfortable, please? I can't try-before-I-buy because they are ordered from the Internet.
Here are pics of the two:
Opinions on saddle stools appreciated.
Thanks!
