Hiya
I was wondering if any one has any idea what my problem may be. It seems wheneverI walk round for more than 15 mins my lower back ( lumbar & sacram area) start to ache and niggle away then my legs give way . I'm thinking maybe its a pinched nerve , but it only ever happens when i'm out walkingabout (usually in the cold weather). I can be on my feet all day in the house but it doesnt seem to effect me there , unless I'm massaging!
Its getting to be rather embarrassing now with my legs buckling under me, especially when i'm in a busy shopping center so any help or suggestions will be welcomed

RE: legs giving way
I would suggest the chiropractic man. Sorts all my problems out from trapped nerves to numbness to bad back.
I even like the pain now.
