I am searching for A.T.Still's techniques on pelvis. Any good books where different hip joint and sacroiliac joint correction techniques are described well, perhaps even with pictures? Like the one where a patient is sitting when his/her innominate upslip is corrected as Still used to do it?

I am not looking for those techniques created after him, ie. described in Atlas of Osteopathic Techniques or Principles of Manual Medicine.
I wonder why that Atlas-book doesn't even mention innominate upslip and first one mentiones it only once? Does it have another name? Superior shear?

Greenman tells about superior shear. From it's description I see he means upslip. But he doesn't keep it very common, because it is mentioned only once in his book...?

Nicholas tells about superior shear few times. He doesn't keep it very common either? But Still did.

What they mean by telling about hip joint shear, hip bone shear and innominate shear? What is that second one?
