If you would'nt mind, i'am looking for a good one,,,, thx.
Hello,
it depends what kind of book you are after...
The best book on CHM i think is this but it is expensive if you only have an interest and not actually studying it:
I love that book so much but perhaps it is a bit too full on.
I will have a look at my library to see if they have any good intro books and will get back to you!
I've just bought a load of books about Chinese Medicine - and whilst none of them are specifically herbal medicine, they do all touch on them in varying degrees and discuss the precepts:
1. Wood becomes Water - Gail Reichstein
2. Chinese Medicine - Wong Kiew Kit
3. The Yellow Emperors Classic of Medicine - Maoshing Ni
4. Chinese Medicine - Ted Kaptchuk
5. Between Heaven and Earth - Beinfield and Korngold
6. Healing with Whole Foods - Paul Pitchford
7. The Fountain of Health - Windridge
I've seen a few online courses (in the US and China) which cover Chinese Herbal Medicine (theory, obviously) which I've had my eye on. But I'll consider them when I've finished my current studies.

Yep, I agree! That was number 4 in my list, above. A very good book - very readable, and aimed directly at the Western reader.
