NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. Don't let the name put you off. Neuro stands for the nervous system, Linguistic stands for language and Programming stands for a set of patterns that integrate change. So, the language used in patterns can bring about change, eloquently.
It was originally invented when modelling excellence in therapists who were able to make change happen when others could not. So basically it is how to figure out people.
It is not only used in therapy but also in business. Sales, Management, Training, Coaching, in fact you name it, if something can be improved by figuring out how people do what they do then NLP is probably in there somewhere.
There are many companies that offer introductions or training, so if you do a search either here on HP or on the internet, you will find loads. I can recommend two outstanding ones that I did some of my training with, if you want them, PM and I'll forward their details to you.
