RE: What is it??
Yes, but I've just emailed a naturopath to ask them, as I'm sure they can describe it better than I.
In the meantime try this site -

RE: What is it??
I have just cured Endometriosis using Naturopathy. I took a course of nature products i.e herbs, amino acids, and other natural ingredients and have now completed eradicated thrush, candida, cysts, cysitis, sinusitis and endometriosis. Naturopathy is looking at how the body can heal itself and the use of natural products. the body can heal from within. It teaches us that the body has all the tools it needs to heal. when we introduce radiotherapy, chemotherapy, contraceptive injections etc etc from modern medicine/conventional medicine these foreign materials often cause the body to work against itself and they interfere with the body's natural rhythms which in itself, using contraceptive injections/pill etc can cause catastropic and major long term illness/disharmonies. I no longer take any form of medication. my system is now balanced and i have 4 day bleed cycle. if you want to know more about naturopathy one of the best sites is: its an Australian site and the Naturopath is a pioneer in the work he is doing to cure people. Yes I said Cure!!
I hope this helps.

RE: What is it??
This sounds fascinating, but WOW !! what a price to do the course. it is such a shame that these courses cost so much.
I would love to do Herbal Medicine, but not at that price.:(
RE: What is it??
I imagine that the courses are expensive because it is a serious profession and practitioners need to be educated to a high level for the protection of the general public and well they need to know their onions. Forgive the pun. 😀
You wouldn't want a poorly educated, half baked practitioner diagnosing & advising on your health. [sm=nono.gif]
Also, as it is not yet officially 'recognised', so I doubt that you'll get any funding out of the local education authority or government toward training. [sm=banghead.gif]
I did osteopathy & if I remember rightly that was £5.6 k per year and I'm still paying off the debts 6 years after graduating. 🙁
The price you pay for doing your dream job, but then I wouldn't want to do anything else. Well unless I get asked to drive for a Formula 1 team, which is extremely unlikely and I would probably spend most of my time treating the other drivers & crew. Doh! [sm=rollaugh.gif]

RE: What is it??
I'll Lock this Thread to reserve it as a quick Reference guide on Naturopathy.
Needless to say our Naturopath friend didn't get back to us, but any info on Naturopathy in General is most welcome. Just PM it to one of the Moderators and we'll Post here.
Any queries, etc - please start a New Thread.
Thanks - Andrew.
