Can anyone suggest a natural/holistic remedy for headaches just before a period lasting about 3 days?
Thank you,

Hi, speaking homeopathically, there are lots of remedies that might help. However, that's the good news- the 'bad' news is that homeopathy is holistic and just focusing on the bare physical facts as in your post, isn't anywhere near enough info to determine the treatment. You'd either need to read up on it or visit a homeopath.
Using supplements (which is something different), evening primrose oil might help. Using diet, water (i.e.drinking more of it!) might help! HTH Hom
Have you tried reflexology? I used to suffer terrible migraines and reflexology really helped so it could help for pre-menstrual headaches too. Now I think I'm going to go try reflexology myself for pms cause i turn into a proper mardy mare. lol
