Hi, my friends malteze terrier is not well she has a problem with her liver her "mum" wants to try Milk Thistle but doesn't know how much to give her. Can anyone advise / suggest the amount per pound weight of dog, she is a big girl at 20lb (her weight when I last asked but she might be slimmer now) my friend is seeing the vet again tomorrow but in mean time if anyone cal help please. Hi Lyn, Here is an article written by a vet, and also gives amounts to give to dogs under dosage and administration (towards the end of the article).
