The best way to keep well to is to avoid illness and disease, by boosting the immune system.
Take a high dose of garlic each day
Take a high dose of omega-3
Take a high dose of vitamin E
Take a daily dose of vitamin D3, the sunshine vitamin.

Avoid junk food, and eat good food, and plenty of fruit and veg.

Do you see no spiritual side to keeping well? Or mental and emotional?

If you eat 'good food' and 'plenty of fruit and veg', why do you need to take supplements?

With so much research proving that high dose supplementation of, for example, vitamin E is actually detrimental to good health and, in some cases, particularly the elderly, dangerous, you advice would, in my opinion, be best ignored!

And I would agree with Crowan that there is more to keeping well than popping pills.
