I've chosen a Bush Flower Essence to suit me. I have the stock bottle.

I am going to dilute it in a mild massage oil, to rub in gently on my heart centre area for my 'doses'.

How many drops of stock essence should I put into the [apricot kernal] oil?

Thanks.

Hi there, 4 to 6 drops will suffice, the vibration will still be felt. Give it a good shake once you've put the drops in the oil so that the energy is infused within the oil.

It depends on how much oil you are putting them into. To take orally it's 7 drops to 15ml of water so use that as a guide.

However those of use outside of Australia who do not have such close contact to the energy of the plants are finding that it is often beneficial to use a higher dosage so up to 14 drops will be ok.

If you work with a pendulum then dowse to see how many you need.

The thing to remember with vibrational medicine is this: It is the frequency of taking them that has the affect, not how many drops you put in. Putting only 1 drop will still contain the vibration.

Food for thought!

Yes, I often put the essences directly on the heart chakra, where it is needed 🙂
