We have been asked to come up with ideas for a staff away day where I work and I have been wondering about an NLP day - has anyone ever done one for a company?
Just thought it applies both to work situations and personal so people could get a range of things from it.
Any other bright ideas much welcomed!
Ta!

Yes, I have done various one day NLP courses in organisations - they are partciularly useful if the team wants to work on a particular issue such as communication, goal setting or creativity. There are lots of providers in your part of the country, I would tend to use something who was used to corporate work as well as being a trainer.
My DH's company did a one day cookery thing recently, which worked well - they all worked in teams with a chef, and then ate together. Things like Go Ape are options as well if you want something physical.
Friend of mine (who is a muscian) recently did a singing day for non-musicians with Gareth Malone - he said it was absolutely amazing and really bought the teams together.
