Hi there
How many of you have suffered with tennis elbow or similar from doing massage on clients?
My elbows have been a weak spot for years, starting off with golfers elbow when I was pregnant with the kids 12 years ago, and landing on the back of my elbows when I fell of my horse! Now I have a touch of tennis elbow with pain sometimes on the outside of my wrist. This is obviously due to doing my weekly back massage for a male client. I feel I have to put more pressure on him because he's a man but I'm obviously causing myself problems.
Any solutions?

RE: Tennis Elbow
Hi Deb
The answer is to lower your table and lock your arms so you can use your body weight more than the strength of your arms, this is why an adjustable couch is in reality a necessity and will pay dividends with your posture 🙂
RE: Tennis Elbow
Hi Paul
I do have an adjustable table and I thought it was low enough, not sure if I can lower it any more but will check.
I will try and lock my arms as well then.
Thanks
