costco used to do them luke. This is very similar to mine Master Home Roma LX Massage Table

Had it when i started out very comfy and easy to carry around. Just don't get a thin one, get as wide and as padded as you can for comfort.

Thanks Indo.

Looked up Costco UK but there doesn't seem to be any search function so I guess a phone call to their Bristol branch is in order.

30" would be enough width?

I have been on a Master and it stands out from all the rest In my experience.

I think its either 29" or 30" in width. Also in the UK i think you need to be a member with costco to veiw the pages on the web. Last time i went to bristol they had them but that was a couple years ago. Best tables for the money!

Good luck.

Indo is right, you do have to be a trade member of Costco before you can access the store. naturalliving.co.uk have some lovely products - I was recently treated on their "Affininity Deluxe" - bliss - very comfy!

I also bought mine from Costco a number of years ago, been very pleased with it. When I got mine I called the store to ask if they had them in stock - they were really good and let me go into the store and have a browse and a look at the couch and other things they had before signing up.. If you have any friends who are self-employed or are civil servants they may have accounts..

Thanks for all the help.

I can join Costco for £30 membership according to their site.

Do Costco have demonstration models to try before making a selection?

A further question, some of the couches have integral heat pad, what are the positives and negatives?

It may seem a naive question but if it fails is it repairable or is there a separate heat pad that can be laid on the top of a couch without integral heat pad.

I have never seen a 'selection' of tables in my local Costco, generally just the one brand, and would be reluctant to try the one on display, as it is generally on a elevated shelf - not sure I would have faith in it's construction!!!

Not seen/used a couch with an integral heat pad. I use an electric blanket in the winter, to take the chill out of the linen.

Hi Coolhand,
Just reading your post, just wondering if you wanted to be mobile with this couch? If so (and at the risk of telling you something you already know..) anything over 28" wide and you are likely to have trouble getting it up steps and stairs without twisting you body to lift (unless you are tall with a long inside leg)

I'm 6' 3" and find that 28" is my limit for my inside leg length for stairs etc
Plus deeper padding will add to this potential portability issue

I used a 28" Master couch (Delmar model from Costco) and it served me well for 7 years :o) Replaced with a Portalite Delta and over the moon with it (5kg lighter, quicker/easier to set up. thinner padding but more supportive and my clients prefer the comfort)

Anyway, I've gone on a bit (as usual!) Hope that helps and happy shopping

Kerry

Thanks Kerry.

Just measured the Master table I've been on and it's 30" wide so that's what I want because it feels right, also 75 " long plus face cradle which is great for the not having my feet over the end feeling.

Not suitable for carrying on a bus but OK for loading in a car. Stairs could be a problem as you say. Bungalows and lift access only then!

Direct from Master it's + 315$ US for carriage alone so it's Costco or nothing.
