Like yourself I'm am relatively new to massage; I have just completed my A&P at the London college of Massage. I'm currently working towards taking my practitioners module. True the physiology and anatomy for that matter can be taxing and can be a lot to take in at times, but dealing with each topic in small chunks, with regular breaks, returning to your books in small doses, but frequently, can help the learning process. Discussing each topic with your class mates can prove to be very useful and supportive, particularly as a majority if not all of you are 'in the same boat'.

So what in particular is making you feel down?

I do agree with banana. I've passed my A&P in holistic massage last october.
There's a whole forum on passed exam papers for A&P students, we( me & my classmates) practiced a lot of those questions. We were surprised that a lot of them actually came in our exam paper too.
So get revising and practicing those questions and you'll be fine.
