Could someone please tell me what the best approach is for someone who suffers from IBS and another who suffers from migraines? I'm guessing that the person with the migraines you'd be offering them a relaxing massage. And the same with IBS but where do you stand when it comes to the abs? Do you leave that part out because you don't want to aggravate anything? I myself suffer as well and feel it has helped me rather than caused any problems.

RE: Case Studies

stomach massage can be very good for IBS - work gradually deeper following the colon and communicate lots with the client. I wouldn't miss it out as it can help
