Hi, I'm in need of some advice. Recently started new business (on my own) and it's doing well. I have been offered a last minute place on a reiki course coming up that I had thought was full. But I have 2 clients booked in for that day. I've never cancelled or changed an appointment for any of my clients before and am worried about the consequences of messing them around. Any thoughts???

Hiya Sally... yes it is always a dilemma.
I have been working for the past 10 years being self employed and we need to get the business whilst it is there.
If you really want to do the Reiki course and there will be no other courses near you in the near future then maybe think about rescheduling. I am sure your clients will understand.
However, last minute changes are a pian in the neck... you will probably get another Reiki course at another time.............. the important thing is to do what YOU feel is right.
