Hi everyone, I am new to the site and this is my first post so please bear with me.
I looked on this site and found it very helpful last year when I was studying Reflexology (which I passed thanks to reading the forum).

I am studying Swedish Body Massage C & G, has anyone covered this syllabus, or is anyone doing this course now?

RE: C & G Swedish Body Massage

Hi and welcome,

Im a newbie too, joined a few days ago! I have done the C&G swedish body massage course, which finished in February this year. What would you like to know? Have you been studying it long?

I am currently half way through my reflexology course, isnt it great! I love body massage, but there is definatley something about reflexology, i think its facinating.

Let me know if you have any questions

Hi Juniper Berry

I am doing my C & G exam on Swedish Body Massage and Indian Head Massage on 6th June - getting nervous already!

We are currently learning the Reflexology which is great - I really enjoy doing it and so, I must say, do my feet! I love these practice sessions of learning on each other!

I have another year to go and finish in June 2006. Is it the same one as you? It covers Massage - swedish and remedial, aromatherapy, reflexology, exercise and nutrition, steam and sauna and A & P and Indian Head massage!

Enough to keep me out of trouble for sure!

Maxine

RE: C & G Swedish Body Massage

Many thanks for the warm welcome, I finish the C & G Body Massage course on 6 and 7 June, 6th June the being the A & P Exam which I assume is everyone will be sitting. I do find trying to remember everything very hard, as soon as I start reading through it all again I find that I have forgotten a lot of it. Nerves (and age - 50 something) play a huge part for me in exams and my mind just goes blank any help there would be grateful.

I did the VTCT Reflexology last year, for a year, and yes I too found it was great, although I believe in it, I was still amazed at the response of clients, and what I could tell them about themselves. I have to start practising this as soon as I have finished the C&G exams, I haven't practised Reflex since I passed last July, but I am sure it is something that you don't lose, it is just remebering the sequence.

I am looking to Indian Head Massage next, providing I pass this one!
