Hi guys.

I'm looking for abit of advice to solve a major problem that comes with sports therapy ad oils!

I regularly carry out 30ish hours of sports massage a week and have found oil to provide me with a much better glide through the muscles without the need to reapply. With this, I have oil caked towels, work clothes, trainers, car seats etc....it's a nightmare!

I am looking at moving over to lotions or cremes to prevent this mess, but having used the Naqi lotion previously, I found myself reapplying every couple of minutes.

Does anyone have any experience of using a certain lotion that is great for sports massage, glides well and doesn't need to be reapplied every couple of minutes? I have come across the 'physique lotion' which seems to read and review well, any thoughts?

All help and advice is appreciated.

Paul.

Trainers??? Car seats??? Just how liberal you being with the oil???? I use oil, but manage to confine it to my hands and the client, wiping off any excess with a drape at the end of the treatment. The towels are washed daily at 60 degrees using any powder and a scoop of washing soda. So far (decades!) I've managed to avoid paddling in it.

I use a lot of elbows and guide it from my quads to get more pressure when required, so it transfers from the elbow to by clothes. Over time, this end up on my hands when I out my shoes on etc....maybe I'm just messy!!
