Hi All,
I'm considering using SOAP Vault to keep my client records electronically. I was interested in peoples thoughts of electronic note keeping and also the SOAP software if you have experience of it please?
I'm looking for alternatives to having so much paperwork to store! Plus I think it's quicker and easier to access.
Thanks in advance,
Nicola
Hi Nicola,
Welcome to HP 🙂
Electronic records seem to be the way to go but for me you cant beat a good note book lol.
If you intend to keep notes on a PC/electronically, you must register with Data Protection, and make sure that any information about clients is anonymized and that contact details are not listed. Are you so busy that you cannot keep personal records of clients on paper in a locked filing cabinet?

I prefer to use paper, so, all my records are in paper...
I have my own forms so for me it is good. I do a lot of notes each time so I have full history with notes everywhere ..... I don’t trust new technologies (and safety of data)
