Hi, I am new to this forum but I am very interested in anatomy and I've been reading a book on Kinesiology.
My question is probably very simple and common sense, but I was wondering if you were to upwardly rotate or downwardly rotate your scapula are you essentially stretching or putting tension on the AC and SC ligaments. I know that the muscles involved have a pull but I'm starting to look into the ligaments as well.
