Doubtful. Many people have odd characteristics that have no impact on their health. On one of my eyes the there is a slight abnormality that a doctor spotted but it has never interfered with my vision and its been there since birth. If you are concerned get a doctor or an optician to take a look at it, but if it has been there since birth I doubt if it is anything to worry about..

If it is worrying you then why not mention it to your gp or optician next time you go 🙂
Quite often there are vouchers for a free eye test and check too.
