Hi,
I have just qualified as a reflexologist and have been given a mini hot stone kit for feet as a gift. Can anyone shed some light onto what you do with them, how you use them etc. Also what is the going rate for this?
Cheers

Claire

RE: hot stone and reflexology

Hi Claire,

I too would be very interested in replies to your question. I am waiting exam results (fingers crossed) for my Itec reflexology. I do hot stone massage and with the feet you place small flat sones between each of the toes and can place a stone on the sole of the foot and wrap it, perhaps this can be done in reflex on the foot that you are not working on. I look forward to replies to this.

Love & blessings,

Rachel

There is a great hot and cold stone refleoxogy course run by La Stone called Stone Soul.
If you would like to find out the wonderful benefits of using alternating temperature of the reflex points, this is a great course to go on.
if you contact La Stone in London, they will tell you all about it.

pop the warm stones inbetween the toes whilst working on the feet. wrap one foot in a towel whilst working on the other. IF YOU HAVE TRIGGER STONES YOU CAN WORK THE REFLEXES WITH THESE JUST LIKE WITH A tHAI STICK.
