Anyone know a cheap mixed wet + dry hot tank

Am studying HST and also love adding Herbal compresses to it.

Would love to find a mixed tank where I can steam or keep the compresses warm (around 60c) but not too wet.

So far, all I can find on the internet are aroud the £300 mark - and i was hoping to keep it under £150...

Any ideas or recommendation would be welcome, as right now I am using an oriental bamboo steamer try...
