I purchased ndew tabbards from ebay at bargain price, also notice that uniforms for sale may be worth a look.

hi All,

Mine are from Buttercups in Ireland they have a Mail order and website they are not the cheapest but look and wash fab. Mine is black with mandarin collar and metal botton things down one side with 3/4 trousers. Everyone always comments on how smart it looks.

There are loads of companies out there, urm Inline London, Buttercups,La Beeby.

Beauty Wholesalers have a section which they sell uniforms, I know Ellisons and salons direct sell them also and quite reasonable...

we got our first set of uniforms from Moville clothing in Ireland, they're great value and smart, recently we had some made in Thailand in Thai silk, but still wear the older ones too!

Arrived and is nice. Costs £30. It is not cotton though, but fit for purpose.

They have good customer service too.

Does any1 know of anywhere i can buy a dark blue therapists uniform. I would like the trousers and the chinese style top?? dont know where to start with this!!!

Hi there! You should be able to find uniforms in the large department stores. I got mine from one. Alternatively your tutor should be able to advise you. There's always online sources too, if you just put "Therapist Uniform" in the search bar it should throw up something for you.

* Tip. You might like to also search under nursing uniforms.

I sugest a look on ebay...see if there are any salon suppliers on there..I bought a lovely top and trouser set second hand and it is great and only cost a tenner.

Also try salon suppliers, like beuty direct...worth a try!

Good Uniform suppliers for men

While on our recent stop-over in Hong Kong I called into the Shanghai Tang store there - wow!! Amazing clothes and materials, just don't look at the price tags. There were some jackets there that I fell in love with, and was also quite inspired for a nice top for massage exhibition work. I have two large retail shows coming up and would like to get a really good outfit for them.

I'm looking for a nice, well cut sleeveless top with button front and Mandarin collar. I've had a look at some of the sites linked in other posts and sites I found on Google but its really hard to get beauty uniforms for us boys.

Can anyone recommend anything?

I know this is a bit delayed and I have had problems getting onto the Healthy Pages site, but I did find, as I was going through my catalogues, the other day a catalogue by Grahame Gardner who make a range of uniforms under the name of Vitality. White uniform for exam - HELP !

Apparantly we HAVE to wear a white 'tunic' bought from a therapy shop for our ITEC exam...anyone else had to do this? Anyone got one they want to get rid of?! ick......

Yeah, that seems to be ITEC, more important how you look than what you know.

Try a chefware supply shop. They tend to be a whole lot cheaper. No point spending money on something you'll only wear once.

ick.....ick.

Really not looking forward to it. I'll look like a crazy dentist.

I have a size 8-10 white tunic and trousers if this is any good to you? It has been worn for 2 years so isn't in pristine condition!

When I did my ITEC Reflexology exam (which was only last year), they would also allow you to wear a white polo shirt - which are even cheaper. I bought a kids one from John Lewis for about £6- some kids are big!!

I'd be suprised if ITEC let you wear a polo shirt, but if you've asked them and they OKit then I doon't see why not.

Just for anyone else reading there's an existing thread in the student and training forum (at the top) with details and recommendations of different uniforms and suppliers.

DESPERATE!!!Uniform seeking LONDON

HI everyone...Im a bit desperate here...kind of an accident (not going into boring details)...so i dont have a uniform for my ITEC exam...next thursday...now...I spent the last 3 hours on the net trying to find a SHOP in London where to get one...because of bank holiday I dont want to risk ordering something that wont be on time...even ebay is disappointing...i cant find anything...i can buy one second hand...anything...i need a size 14 or 16 (preferably 16...waist fits in both but bust in better in a 16)...WHITE...can anyone help....[:o]

Hi

I know the question of uniforms has been raised in these forums many times but I am yet to find anything other than the two bog standard tunics for men on every site I visit!

I did find a nice dentist tunic but the price was too much for my budget! I also have found a company I would never suggest to anyone due to the worst customer service I have experienced for a long time....

So, anyone out there know where I can get a nice looking tunic other than bog standard??

hi josh how are you ? i work in a dental surgery and i too find the tunics can be quite expensive i ve found if you buy them from a place called promed is dental supplies or henry schein england they have dem at the back of the catalogue if thats any help to you also you could try arnotts or debenhams

I got a really nice therapy tunic from a seller on ebay called 'Indigo Therapy'. They do 3 styles. I hada white one but they do navy and black as well.
