A guide to Precision Reflexology by Jan Williamson. It's a step by step guide with pictures so you can see exactly where you should be linking. I think its about £22 amazon.

I would really recommend Jan's post grad course on Precision Reflexology and linking too. It's in Exter but well worth the journey. I did this course last year over 2 weekends and it was the most useful technique I have learnt (so far!). The book tells you so much, but there were some links which I really needed to be taught in person.
