Hi are there any Holistic therapy magazines that you can buy (that you recommend). Does anyone subscribe to CAM magazine? At the moment the only magazine I get is via the Guild of Beauty Therapists, as a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists. When the membership with that one runs out I might change my membership to the FHT and do the insurance iwth it at the same time. I am insured thru Balens at the mo

The FHT have a quarterly magazine it's really informative, especially this quarter, was all about CT's and substance and alcohol abuse (me being an Aromatherapist at 2 centres) but I love reading Natural Health magazine 🙂

I subscribe to CAM, and have done since 2003. I love them and have kept every issue. It used to be free to practitioners, but now you pay £30 a year. I think that it's well worth the money.

I admit to also liking the Holland & Barrett magazine. It's coming from another perspective, and most of the articles are predigested (and sometimes not entirely accurate). But I think it's sometimes useful to have a more lay perspective on health issues.

I get 'The rapist' (as my hubby calls it) from the FHT - I do find it has a strong bias towards massage & bodywork therapies though. I also subscribe to Reiki News Magazine, which is quarterly & Kindred Spirit, which often has some good articles in it. Embody do their own magazine for ChTA members, similar to the FHT's mag.

but I love reading Natural Health magazine 🙂

I'm mentioned in the November edition (in an article about Oxonhoath Retreat:))

I subscribe to Choice Health and Wellbeing which used to be called Today's Therapist and I find that very informative.
