Hi all, sorry if this is in the wrong place 🙂

I have got my own consultation forms, but wanted to have something more professional looking, has anyone used the FHT ones? and if so would you recommend?

I compiled my own forms too Paula.
A fellow therapist uses the FHT forms for reflex and aromatherapy and let me have one of each for reference. They are professional but to be honest I prefer my own.

I have used both the FHT and my own consultation forms and like pinkangel much prefer using my own.

I've used the IHM form, but I too prefer my own 🙂
