Well just as the title says really - is that combo okay - they don't interfere with each other. I know you have to be a little bit careful with homeopathy and oils but is it the same with the flowers?

Good question - peppermint and eucalyptus need to be avoided whilst taking homeopathic remedies and there may be others. I have not heard anything about not using eo's though with back flower remedies, or indeed other vibrational medicine.

Nor have I and from the work I've been doing lately and looking into I would suggest that if you choose your eos carefully (ie intuitively) and use at a low dilution - say 0.5% they should complement each other very nicely.

Hi Again Nel,

No there is no interaction with Bach flower and any other remedies (vibrational, allopathic, homeapathic ...None).

The only precaution you may have to stick to is for the conservation of the remedies.
Expect that Bach flower mix happilly and nicelly with all kind of therapies.;)

Just to add, I think they can work wonderfully together..however, if you are seeking a specific result with intention....would you then know which remedy is more beneficial when using together??

On the opposite scale, It just makes me think of cutting dairy, wheat, and additives all at once to find digestive intolerance...the condition improves...but which little blighter did it..;)

Yes Fleur that is actually a really good point.

I often find with the holistic approach that a combination of things generally seem to support an improvement. For instance in the case of stress we all look at what we eat, time management, esential oils, different therapies etc etc etc and all know that each has its part to play in the overall picture of relaxing the body and mind but I see what you are saying in that you may not know if its the oil you've just had zipping through your diffuser, or it's your Rescue Remedy that has calmed you down for example.

On a personal note I think its building blocks with me - I guess because over the years I have tended to use one thing at a time I can build on that and know which theraputic treatment works for what for me and for what period of time.

I like essential oils and crystals for a background support in everyday life (and I'm thinking the flower remedies to back this up as a long term therapy too) whereas I tend to use things like reflexology and homeopathy for more acute conditions if that makes sense.

Nel 🙂
