Hello,
Can anyone advise on the best flower essences for me to use. I have had the full bach flower set for 10 years or more and usually don't have a problem choosing which to use for myself. I am getting married in 12 days and I an extremely worried that I will really lose it emotionally while I'm saying my vows, I mean really cry. My lovely mum, my best friend died 4 months ago, unexpectedly of a brain haemmorage. I miss her so much and the fact that she won't be at our wedding is just so hard, the nearer it gets the more emotional I'm getting. Everyone keeps telling me that all my friends and family will totally understand if I do cry, but I'm really worried I won't be able to say my vows for crying that hard.
We made the decision not to cancel the wedding as mum wouldn't have wanted that at all, but now it's dawning on me how hard it will be for me.
I am having counselling and am trying to use relaxation exercises and breathing exercises to help me.
Can anyone suggest which flower essences might help me on the day, and perhaps some I can mix for between now and then.
Thank you in advance.
Karen
Hi Karen and welcome to Healthypages,
Do you have Rescue Remedy? that's a good all rounder for any situation like that.
Sorry to hear about your mum, though as you say, she would have wanted you to go ahead with your wedding, and I'm sure would be wanting you to make it a special day for everyone there. Of course it's an emotional time for anyone getting married, though I'm sure there'll certainly be tears of happiness in there, so go ahead and enjoy the day.

(((((hugs))))) Karen,
I'm so sorry to hear about your mom  she'll definitely be at your wedding, in spirit lighting up everyone's hearts 🙂
I agree with Energylz, on the Rescue Remedy.....another you might want to look at is Agrimony, known as the gladner of the heart. It's soul potential is that of joy, and helps us to understand the balance of life and find peace within ourselves.
Blessings! Enjoy and have a great wedding :043:
(((((((hugs)))))) No advice beyond what has already been said - and to wish you a wonderful day. Your MUM will be there in spirit.
