Hi can anyone tell me about Jan de Vries combination flower essences dose it work as my 6 year old has problems with constipation and have had no real help, doctor told me just to give him lacalose and just not say much about him having soiling in his pants, which i dont get cross with him as he has learning diffacaulty and speech, but he seems to hold on to his poo for over a week.
I need some help, i brought this one Bowel essence but my doc disagrees with this. Ive
not tryed it yet.

i have been taking jan de vries "craving" essence and i have not had a cigarette for a week!!
i am positive they work.i have been in all my usual situations and not smoked a cigarette.i am not stressed or angry and i am not craving a cigarette.

what good news for you lightwinds.i am so pleased.
it has now been 8 days since i smoked a cigarette, today the only person that winds me up the wrong way at work has returned from sick leave.as usual i tried to make her feel welcome etc and she wasn't interested-she becomes so loud and rude i usually feel myself getting stressed and wanting a cigarette(non smokers will think that sounds so weak i know).instead i had 5 drops of craving essence in a glass of water and i felt fine-chilled in fact!!
i am thinking of getting some emergency essence for my dog lenny tomorrow-she has cancer and is quite weak and sad at the moment-i wont go into detail as im already going on about her on the healing/animal posts.....anyway if it helps her i'll let you know-i've heard they work for animals too-i dont see why not-.

Here something you might like to try for your loud person
Focus some pink candy floss with your love over that person next time there loud and it carm them down it works and can be funny in a nice way.When my partner abit loud I chuck it over him and just giggle to myself saves anger building up.
I know it can be hard to give up smoking ive tryed with out susses, but will get the Essence.

i am sure bachs will do something similar if you can find anywhere that sells it.or you could try putting "jan de vries craving essence into your search engine, you will prob find an online stockist.
14 days since i last smoked a cigarette!:D
i met a lady today who was giving up smoking too, she has done eight days so far! i was teaching her something when i sensed we were both getting a little tense as work was busy.
so, i took 5drops and some water, explained to her what it was and she took some.she said at the end of the day she felt ok and was going to get some.
[&:][&:] sorry, to waffle but i think its great, i feel better already.
came home on saturday and house smelt stale-cigs!

Jan de Vries is one of my all time favourite therapists and incredibly interesting so I would definately trust him and anything he recommends.
Glad to hear you are having success - if you get stuck again (or if he does - bless him!) try reflexology - kids love it and it can help.
