Has anyone any ideas on how to use the ABFE white light essences successfully?

I am an ABFE practitioner and know in therory how to use them but each time I have tried to work with them I have stopped as I haven't liked how they make me feel (yes I do start with Water first). I know that some people have amazing meditative experiences with them....any advice please?

I don't use the Bush essences but have been making essences and taking them myself for years now. I primarily use the Alaskan Essences, and some Bach essences, and make my own as and when I need a different vibration.

Are you using them to help heal yourself? Depending on what you need to release, essences can make you feel uncomfortable as what has been lying dormant comes to the surface to be released and healed.

Can you perhaps elaborate a little more?

Hi Rosie 1

As I said I am a qualified Bush Flower Essence practitioner and know experientially how flower essences work. It is the flower esences which are the ones used for healing generally. I also have personal experience of taking Bach, and Transference Healing Essences. Usually I have no problem selecting essences or combinations of essences to work with myslef or for clients.

The problem I have is with the White Light Essences which are to help explore spirituality and develop to full potential. They are water, earth, fire, air higher self, devic, and angelic essences and water is the one you take for for two weeks followed by one of the others. I am ok if I take a one-off dose but over the two weeks I find that they leave me feeling very flat and I really don't like the way I feel. Sorry if this sounds vague.

I know via the ABFE newsletters that many have found them useful fro meditatons and have great experiences from them but I never get this far as I tend to give up with them.

I was just wondering really if anyone else had used them and if so what there experience had been. I have them sat in my treatment room along with my flower essences and would really like to make use of them.

Do you dowse? You can always dowse to ask your higher self if those particular essences are needed by you, and if so which ones, and for how long.

Thanks i do and it doesn't help. They don't work like other essences or at least they don't seem to with me. i was really looking for anyone who had used these particular essences to compare experiences. Thanks for your help though

Hello Butterflywings

I also have a set of the Australian Bush White LIght Essences and attended Ian's weekend on this a few years back. I loved the weekend course, but - possibly like you - don't really use them in my practice......they don't come up in dowsing at all.

Like you - I have taken one off doses and felt great - particularly the Angelic One. Again probably like you - I did a month of Water to begin with and did feel that it took me through a cleansing. I also did a month of Earth about a year ago - no particular memories - good or bad of this.

My own take of essences is that we all need different vibrations at different times in our lives. When I first began with essences over 15 years ago I started with Bach, then went bananas over Bush - took loads of them, then went onto Alaskan and now use lots of others too. However, I do see that what I use does change over the years.......right now I am coming back to Bach (Healing Herbs) and also using the FES essences a lot. I guess what I am trying to say is that maybe we don't need these particular vibrations right now......other people do and that's why they report great experiences.

My set also sit in my room and I get them out from time to time - at the moment the Higher Self one sits on my altar as I have been working with clearing past lives. I don't feel drawn to taking it but like to see it working its magic in my room.

Hope this helps a little Butterflywings and do let us know if you have any further thoughts/insights

With love to you
Sara

Thank you Sara that's really helpful as I hadn't thought about using them in the way you are using Higher self, don't know why cos I use the other ABFE that way. Just seems a waste not to use them like you other than for one off doses on rare occassions I don't feel called to take them. I'll let you know how I get on.

love to you too butterflywings
