I would welcome recommendations/opinions for the following situation:

101 projects, hobbies ,activities, and study, chores etc thati wish to do, a permenent feeling of frustration as my 2 small children seem to make alot of it un do-able!

i am considerning
willow..for the feeling sorry for myself aspect

clematis for not living in the here and now

elm for temporary overwhelm

possibly larch for doubting success?

i think elm is probably the most relevant, but i would value any other imput.

thanks for reading

Bach is such a wonderful system, it can cope with any emotions, I love it. I'm sure you know thata 'prescription' would need more input on how you feel about all the things going on in your life and what lies behind your feelings, (unpeeling the onion) but here's one viewpoint:

Olive - for physical overwork
Oak - for people who work until they need Olive 😀
Walnut - coping in times of change
Agrimony - putting a brave face on despite chaos
Aspen - fear of the unknown (query re larch, doubting sucess?)
Rescue Remedy - for times of stress

Good luck, let us know how you get on.

Hi there

sorry this posting is a bit late but have you thought of trying Calm and Clear by Australian Bush Essences? It's an excellent combination essence for anyone who feels overwhelmed and does not have enough time for themselves. I sell a lot of it in my practice to Mums .......

Hope this helps

Hi Synchronicity,

i have also tried alpine mint bush. i took elm in the end, but things have not improved much!

There can be two things going on here, either:

1. you haven't taken each essence for long enough
2. you haven't chosen the correct essence

Flower essences are more effective the longer you use them, so it may be that the issue you're dealing with has many layers to it, and will need different essences to work on each layer in turn, before the issue improves or is healed.
