How to place a bagua irregular house?

Hi after some great success with feng shui in my sons bedroom. I decided to look at the whole house however I have hit a hurdle straight away. The bungalow with a dorma is in an irregular cross shape with the kitchen and internal garage extending beyond the front door. Where and how do I place the bagua ? If I align it with the door the kitchen and garage are not included if I pull it back to include them I have two missing areas and the front door is in the middle of the bagua. Does this make sense ? Any tips greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
